Our geothermal AC failed early evening. Dana responded to our call, driving a least 90 minutes, and then spent another 90 minutes successfully diagnosing and correcting the problem (a failed capacitor). He was very pleasant and patient, even though it was really past the end of his shift. Exceptional service.
Have used Laury Heating and Cooling for over 10 years. Also had exceptional service. We recently moved and needed our current heating and cooling systems evaluated so we could enter into a Service Contract with Laury. Matt evaluated the cooling system and James had done the heating portion several months ago. Both men were knowledgeable and completed their inspections the in the "Laury Tradition". Always pleased with the service from initial telephone call for service to the "hands on" application in the home. I have to mentioned that in addition to heating and cooling we have used their plumbing services. Would highly recommend Laury for all your heating, cooling and plumbing needs.

Tyler knows HVAC systems. When he came to our service call, he was able to give recommendations and diagnose our problems. He did this very efficiently and explain things in a way that a non-HVAC person such as myself could understand. At the same time, he was able to explain things to my husband in terms that I am still trying to figure out. We are definitely getting a service contract with Laury as long as Tyler is the one who comes to our home!!
