Last month I stopped in a get a breakfast sandwich. It was disgusting . the sausage was clearly old and my bread was cold. I let that go because things happen. Yesterday, I stopped in and got a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Now before I continue let me just say that I have been in the restaurant business for 20 years. I know for a fact that my bagel was never toasted but stuck in the microwave. It was in there so long that most of it was rock hard. When I bit it it was llike biting a piece of beef jerky!!!!!. I even banged it on the windsheid !!!!!... Im done with your company...I refuse to spend any more money on disgusting food that I can't even eat. Your managers need to be fired for training your employees to serve such nastiness. .. I expect that kind of food when I pay $1 not when I pay $4 for a sandwich and $3 for a bagel. Keep serving that uneditable slop and your business will close in no time
Absolutely disgusting representation of a Dunkin' Donuts. I bought a frozen coffee, and on my first sip, an unidentifiable object came out of my drink. Immediately spat it out and took it inside to alert them of the issue. No one inside wanted to believe that it came out of my drink. They argued with me as I felt like I was going to be sick. Terrible experience and possibly scarred from Dunkin forever now.
I absolutely hate this Dunkin location. I always read my order off slow so the associate has time to type it into the register and or write on the cup. The associate never lets me finish the way I would like my coffee made, she either assumes what I want or jumps over me causing me to repeat the way I would like my coffee made, she then gives me an attitude when I repeat myself and she continues to say yup yup yup. I find this extremely rude and disrespectful. Mind you my coffee is never correct. (I always get an XL hot French vanilla light 2 sugars and 2 shot of caramel swirl or coconut made the same way.) Associates need less attitude and a better way to treat customers
